The 28th Year

"Two years are going to pass by in the blink of an eye." a friend said to me in a park in Tribunales.

And here I am, 1/4 away from the end of my course, feeling like I haven't done enough already.

Life is too short to live other's dream and spend time on people who do not need my attention. Watching someone's success does not keep me out of the cruel rat race.

Leave behind useless fights and untasteful discussions that do not help in advancing my own work and dedications but only create yet another source of distraction or ignite the fury rather too easily. Everyone moves at his own pace but I'm the last person to be allowed to lag behind, now that I've given so much priviledge and freedom.

"Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty."

Make the most of the 28th year on this beautiful world. So get focused, I want to look back and the end of the year and say to myself, well done.
